Rumbling.

Why was there rumbling?

Out of both curiosity and fear, Korra decided to check it out. Her eyes briefly examined her surroundings, having fortunately found a little piece of nature to relax and practice her bending. As she was practicing with the water from the river, the loud thumping shook it out of her control. She turned her head, only to meet the eyes of the culprit, her pigtails dangling over her shoulders. However, they were as tall as trees.

She coughed to clear her throat, yelling up at her. “Um, hello? Was that you?”

    Toph couldn’t see the Fire Lord, but even she could tell he was in bad shape. There was a notable strain in his voice, and a worrisome lightness to him. Through her feet, he felt so thin a stiff breeze could probably knock him over. Shit, the stress alone would kill him before any rebel could.
