I was standing outside taking a breather when @instacoelti walked by Genderful! with their family. They said something like “this event seems really cool but is also for kids, so I’m not sure we should go in!” To which I said “as the person who planned this, I definitely think you should go in.” Was great to meet ya!! ・・・ Repost: Today my Dad @mhglmrt and Stepmom @julieticsay took me out for bday deliciousness at @forbiddenroot and then we wandered down to #Queerful at @theshapiroballroom and Dad got me this t-shirt and even though I'm 28 and my birthday was three weeks ago I must say that I feel very very special to be a super #queer kid with parents who are consistently trying to understand me even when I'm a lot of things at once.
