Q: What was your favorite book you read in April?. Yes I know we're already almost a week into May but ya girl was busy getting her vaccine shot 💉so my April wrap up took a little longer than expected - and while I've been doing wrap up posts on the blog since January, I realized I never posted to IG so LETS START WITH THAT. In April, I ended up reading 9 books total, so it was a pretty good month. 📚 I FINALLYYYYYY read Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, which I've been waiting to read 4ever. Thanks Netflix #ShadowandBone for pushing me to finally read about the Crows! My new favorite is #HouseofHollow, which I won't shut up about and am going to recommend to anyone looking for a creepy dark fairytale mystery - I have another photo planned to shout about that book some more!. And I finally read volume 1 of #Heartstopper and I'm uwu about it. Happy Shadow & Bone Day! IT'S HERE YOU GUYS ITS HEREEEEEE. Q: On a scale of totally calm to ABSOLUTELY ZERO CHILL, how are you feeling right now? I'm pretty close to the NO CHILL zone, but I have to get through the work day first, but then I'm ready to dive in!. I just finished Six of Crows FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER last week, and I'm about 40% though Crooked Kingdom at the moment. I challenged myself to finish the duology before the show came out, but I'm still proud that I finally read SoC! I know I don't *need* to read Crooked Kingdom to watch the show, but I just wanted to read it first. I know I'm yearssss late to the party but better late than never, right?.
