Got back to the States just in time to witness @richkameda overcome the setback of getting sick the night before the @nycmarathon to miss the event, go through recovery, put back on some weight, not give up, and show up this morning in Queens and CRUSHED HIS FIRST MARATHON. Rich consistently showed up at all the workouts this training season, asked great questions to maximizing all of our coaching calls, and earned personal bests in all of the fitness tests I threw at him all season so I’m not surprise with his performance today.
