Hi! The Fairy Momo outfit is a reward given for 140 pulls in the fairy outfit banner. It's not too bad considering all the rewards you get in the beginning of the game, plus all the game launch event rewards. But typically thats like, what? 16,800 gems otherwise? Kinda steep lol

Oh thanks for telling me! Yeah definitely not bad right now but that will be hard in the future. I'm torn between finishing the outfit since I'm already halfway done an I really want the wings but you never know what's coming up next. I think 140 pulls is what they estimate it will take to finish a full UR set.
