Oversteamed the broccoli but whatever.
#i was going to make a mustard sauce after i finished the salmon#and i threw some garlic slices in the leftover pan oil and then somebody started ringing my doorbell like crazy#qnd i tried to ignore it at first but they kept ringing and i couldnt see who it even was because its pitch black by 6pm#and i didnt want to turn on the porch light to let them know im here#but they were ringing so frequently it was freaking me out so i stayed put by the door trying to hear if anyone was tlking or anything#until they left after like 5+ minutes of ringing and i burnt my damn pan sauce!!!#forgot to turn down the heat before i got distracted!! garlic black as shit on the edges and smoking!!!#pissed me off so bad i didnt feel like cutting up more garlic and shit for it... my sauce... 💔
