nvm i am not normal again about the trilogy/quartet and i love what the director did for '83, thank you for giving us an actual happy ending, but jobson absolutely did not deserve that hero moment lol

he's not the devil incarnate like laws, but if bj is the symbol of invisible victims in an apathetic, greed-driven world, then jobson is the symbol of all that greed and apathy.

#putting on my clown shoes again folks. whoops.#i'm fine with bj not killing laws in the trilogy if only bc it prevents him from snapping and also getting himself killed by jobson (ig)#but also. jobson should not have killed laws. of all the people to take that kill from bj it should not have been *jobson* who is like.#one of the primary reasons laws and his ring was never found out until decades later in the first place.#bc he was too busy trying to look good to the public and lining his pockets with dirty money.#i love morrissey but i think i might actually hate his character more than i hate laws.#laws was evil but there's something especially heinous about being in a position meant to protect people #and abusing that position instead to let criminals go or even benefiting those criminals for the sake of your own luxury and success.#kind of like real life ig!#out of fairy tales [ooc];
