first four seasons of dexter are amazing. 5 and 6 are pretty good. 7 and 8 are a bit of a slog. and the newest iteration, dexter: new blood was enjoyable for sure if a bit unnecessary. some good tv ahead of you if you do end up watching but like anything, some average tv as well haha

I’m on season 4!!! I really like it a lot. I wasn’t too crazy about some of the stuff in season 2 though tbh but so far season 4 is super good. Very chilling. I will probably finish the show as long as they don’t kill off a character for a stupid reason but we shall see. I was really upset when they killed Doakes. I knew once he found out about Dexter it had to be over for him. But god it was just such an awful way to die, he was THIS close to freedom and it’s heartbreaking. Also Lundy just died and I’m sad about that too but it makes sense. It’s just sad he never got to catch his killer after searching for him for so many years :(
