Can barely walk pushed myself too much in spin yesterday ( ran 2 miles trail then spin 13miles in 1hr and 4mins!) guess the bat in me took over 😆 and turned batty 🦇🦇🦇🦇 🚲 🚵‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ shins hurting but sooo glad im going to yoga tomorrow evening!!!
