Wow!!! That was 07-07-07. Today marks 13 years to the date of my first album release. Purpose: "The Father" was a such a joy to create. God has taught me so many lessons through His word and He used my personal experience as a young father to truly transform me. This album is full of stories and messages about parenthood, perseverance, identity, faith, and God's love. I had the pleasure of working with some incredible artists and producers to create this beautiful project. Thank you Andre Thompson, Ronin Williams, and Hothandz for making the production special. And thank you Leah Smith, Donielle Rodwell (Houston), Revolution aka Siyiid, Lauren Exum, L.O.S., IYSO, J. Johnson, VOYCE, Melissa Smith, and Tariq Craig for lending your time, gifts, and talents to the album. So here we are in 2020 facing some of the most challenging times in the history of our world.
