Remix Boxarts + KH3 Boxart
So I wanted to post this out here for others to discuss, so here I go.
Remember how Nomura said there was a clue between the KH Remixes box art for KH3?
I don’t think anyone really managed to solve the mystery behind it (just yet, or I, at least, have not seen anyone make mention of a solution). I don’t think I’ve really found it either, but a tweet I saw earlier makes me think I’m onto something.
The tweet basically brings to light how the crossroads are meeting in the middle.
Now, let’s look at the Remix Boxarts:
Does it seem familiar? I still don’t think the mystery has been solved, but I get the sense from the Remix Boxarts, they’re not just showing from a transition of different times of a day. Looking at the KH3 boxart, seeing the colors in the sky is a visual metaphor of all the stories are finally meeting each other at once rather than simply being their own stories that would occasionally cross over, if at all.

I can’t stop imagining Nomura just holding onto to this old concept art of Sora as a lion/cat hybrid and is looking for every opportunity to make it reality, so it just comes off as
“One way -”
“Or another -”
“I’m going to make hIM A FUCKING KITTYKITTYKITTY CAT.”

It’s all starting to come together...
So, in this tweet it’s said that the tower in the KH3 box art is a reference/inspired by the NTT Docomo Yoyogi building in Tokyo.
After a quick wiki search, I learned that it exists mostly to store technical equipment for the company's [NTT Docomo] cell phone service. It even has a clock on the side of the building.
Someone in the discord chat I’m in jokingly said that it’s an ad for Japanese cell phone services. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised since Sora has a device that acts very similar to a phone (I forgot the name).
But keeping focus, considering how a lot of the trailers and art has been showing an eventual meeting/clash between the characters and their stories - so this might just be another way of them “meeting” each other, if not an inspired world/area in the game itself.

What's your favorite thing about Kingdom Heart?
SORA
It’s a big nostalgia drug for me. When I play it, it reminds me of Disney movies. I first found it through a Disney skateboard game’s soundtrack and have been hooked ever since. Kingdom Hearts has this blend of light-hearted and sadness that is pleasing to me and has a boatload of characters that I hold dear to my heart while also “expanding” on some of the Disney movies I had loved as a child.
Also, Sora. Sora plays a huge part in it.

So, I’m at the part of KH2 where Hollow Bastion is about to go to shit. But, before all that, Sora, Donald, and Goofy have just started to try and get access to Ansem’s computer with the new password Tron made. Unfortunately, the data is corrupt, therefor, they can’t access it.
As far as I remember, this data in Ansem the Wise’s computer is never again brought up post-Hollow Bastion’s Heartless takeover attempt. I know some of us have been making up theories as to how Re:Coded will make an appearance (besides just the BH6 world), and I think that this could be how. Seeing as Data!Sora has already proven capable of this task, I can imagine King Mickey or someone else remembering Ansem the Wise’s computer. They might try to look through the data again to find anymore clues on Xehanort’s plans and call upon Data!Sora’s help.
I’m making an hypothesis that something happens in which the data starts manifesting as blox again and perhaps when Demyx (or whoever) tries to collect Zexion, they also make it so the uncorruption process goes haywire, leading to blox manifesting in the BH6 world, as well.

The Heart Proximity Theory
This all started when @zeldalink2001 asked what exactly was said aout Sora bringing back Roxas. They were referring to this scene in the trailers:
Then, they asked, “What if Sora thinks he brought back Roxas, but it's actually Ventus, and he can't tell the diff?”
In the midst of trying to rationalize how in the world that would happen, I ended up thinking of something. I’m open to other people’s thoughts on this because even though it can explain some things, it does open up doors to more questions.
Before we start, I want to explain how I am seeing things because it is sort of important:
Sora is the heart. The body he has at the end of KH1 is sort of a physical/visual illusion, but worked through the end of KH1 and ReCom. Roxas is Sora's body, but grows his own heart via his experiences + Sora's (and possibly Ventus’) intervention. Ventus is his own, separate heart from Sora and Roxas’ and is experiencing a literal out of body instance.
Actual Theory:
I believe, given that he’s in close enough proximity of Ventus’ body, Sora can bring back Ventus and Roxas at the same time without either of them merging or Ventus’ heart going with Roxas (Sora’s body).
Explanation:
If this were to happen, it wouldn’t exactly be something we’ve never seen before:
When Sora became a heartless, his body was left behind to become Roxas. And (i believe but I’m not sure where the interview is), Nomura had said/implied that Ventus’ heart went to Roxas. However, Kairi’s heart (and all the other princesses of heart) went straight to their bodies after they were released. Now, you could say that since they’re, well, princesses of heart, their hearts couldn’t go to the darkness - but the same could be said for Ventus.
Ventus, as evidenced by Vanitas’ existence, has a heart that is stripped clean of darkness. It can’t be taken by the darkness like Sora’s heart had been, so the next logical conclusions on where it would go is a) to follow Sora’s body or b) to his body (highly unlikely and evidently didn’t happen).
But Ventus’ body is in a whole other world. Meanwhile, Kairi and the other princesses’ bodies are right there in the same room. Ventus’ heart had no other place to go, but to Sora’s body/Roxas.
This leads me to believe that if Sora were to do a similar action while near Ventus, Roxas would be brought back and, instead of staying with Roxas, his heart would instead go to his own body.
Leading to:
Sora being a heartless once more (unless something else happens that prevents this) Roxas being brought back (goal achieved) Ventus being brought back (goal achieved)

Sorry for blurry pics, but I thought it was really interesting that the Old Mansion is filled with all this symbolism for Alicorns and even a bit of crown allusions.
There’s not much information about them since it seems winged unicorns and alicorns were one and the same in mythology, but I did find that they did often represent light or being on the side of light.

I don’t really get the White Room. Like did Namine request it to be like this - or is Diz that much of an asshole to model a room after a place Namine considered a prison.

Whenever I think of that scene between Ro//xas, Nam//ine, Kai//ri, and So//ra at the end of kh 2, I think I die a bit inside.
Like, within the game, the idea of what is promised and the conclusion of Rox//as and Nam//ine’s plotline makes sense... then you include all the other games in as well as the last cutscenes of the game and that scene becomes a shitty attempt to push So//Kai and a terrible one at that since bs of the scene were broken/ignored right after and continued to be ignored in DDD and, apparently, KH 3.
So now, I keep thinking of the much better “what could have been” versus what we actually got.
#puri ponders kh#puri is very much done with that scene#i honestly dont care for any other scene involving that pairing except this one because of how it gets retconned#purikh

sora sleeps late and goes to bed early
…. How dare.
Sometimes, Sora is lucky to find sleep quickly.
After dinner and another talk about their plans to go against Xehanort, everyone goes to bed. There mighty be some straggling talk between him, Riku, and Kairi, or an awkward greeting between him and Lea after, but by the darkest hour, everyone would be asleep. And sometimes, Sora is lucky to find sleep along with his friends.Other times, he has to force himself to ignore the shadows that weren’t shadows. Other times, Sora is bombarded with Roxas’ scattered memories; some of them clear and straight forward and others fuzzy and filled with emotions that dug into his heart and left a throbbing pain. Other times, he would convince his were still blue when he looked at his reflection in the bathroom after washing his face from the sweat of the night terrors. And sometimes, Sora isn’t lucky.

That One Chick
((o look here’s an opinion))
Sometimes, I feel like Ka//iri's role in the very beginning of KH1 was only so because of the time Kingdom//Hearts 1 was released.
Every other story had friendship groups where the ratio of male characters to female characters is always higher. And in such groups, it's common that the “girl” of the group is the designated love interest to the protagonist. And how could you tell? Because they were the “girl”.
It doesn't matter if the pair had chemistry or many moments with each other, as long as one is the “boy” and one is the “girl”, heteronormativity is at work. And in heteronormative stories, what better way to end the story with said characters getting together?
Except – So//ra and Ka//iri do not get together. So//ra, while planning to come back eventually, leaves at the end of Kingdom//Hearts in search of Ri//ku.
This is where the problem starts with Ka//iri.
There's just this huge disconnect between the role she was supposed to have (the token “girl” of the group/love interest) and whatever she is supposed to be now because Kingdom//Hearts is no longer trying to tell that story.
It's no longer just about the hero trying to find/save his Lady Love, but rather something else entirely. But because Ka//iri has such a limited screen time compared to So//ra or Ri//ku, her character is never given the chance to adjust to this change in narrative. What’s worse is how obvious what her role was and how, for the longest, nobody had a plan for her character aside from this one particular role.
Ka//iri's character is in a role that no longer fits the story and because of that, I’m worried that in KH//3 whenever she's on screen, she’ll come off as interrupting the main narrative than helping it along.
This also kind of ties into why I can never get into the fandom's idea of Ka//iri because, to me, that character never had the chance to exist, let alone even thought of.
