పులోమజచే అర్చింపబడినది శ్రీమాత. పులోమజ అనగా పులోమకు పుట్టినది. పులోమాదేవికి పుట్టిన కుమార్తె శచీదేవి. ఆమె యింద్రాణి. శచీదేవి నిత్యమూ శ్రీమాతను అర్చించు చుండును. శ్రీమాత కరుణవలెననే ఇంద్రునికి స్వర్గాధిపత్యము నిలచును. యింద్రాణీదేవి చేయు పూజలు, ఇంద్రునికట్లు సహకరించును. పతివ్రత లందరునూ కూడ శ్రీమాతను భక్తి శ్రద్ధలతో ఆరాధించి, తమ భర్తల ఔన్నత్యమునకు భంగము కలుగకుండ కాపాడుకొనిరి.
