Pullmantur Air es una aerolínea española dependiente del Grupo Pullmantur (que a su vez depende del Grupo Royal Caribbean) y fundada en el año 2003 por el Grupo Marsans. Desde sus incios, la compañía ha operado única y exclusivamente vuelos chárter para transportar a los pasajeros del turoperador Pullmantur y su filial Paditur (cruceros, circuitos y estancias en el caribe). Comenzando a volar en junio de 2003 con vuelos chárter a Guadalajara y a Cancún con un Boeing B747-200 adquirido de Singapore Airlines. Desde inicios de 2011, Pullmantur Air además también ha iniciado operaciones programadas uniendo semanalmente las ciudades de Madrid y Cancún; y de manera estacional Madrid y Punta Cana.
