Hasn’t jlo’s look been on drag race? Or something very similar to it? I know i’ve seen it before but can’t remember where or who it was.

i mean i know i’ve seen it before too but i think it might just be that the general concept isn’t that original rather than having seen it on someone specific. the headpiece is very 1920s inspired and the beaded dripping dress has been done multiple times although i like the sequin addition that gradually gradiate into large paillettes (that are v naomi smalls) and the oversized belt buckle on the back is a nice addition

but okay, drag race looks it’s similar to:

it reminds me a little of roxxxy’s as2 final look

dela’s redemption look had that beaded dripping detail

honey mahogany had that beaded headdress concept s5 ep1

trinity k bonet’s queen amidala goes to the met gala had a silver concept and a draped necklace and a silver headpiece that went into her hair

also if you combined all three of the looks below you’d probably get something resembling jlo’s met look

several s11 queens have also done the dripping beaded look, some with a matching headpiece (the fringe runway was especially ripe with these)

so there hasn’t been a look that’s quite like it to my recollection but several people have skirted along the edges of the same concept

PTTLS Training Courses

PTLLS Is a qualification people take when they want to become trainers, or work in further education (colleges etc.) - they can't work in primary and secondary schools with it. PTLLS stand for preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector, this is now been replaced with a new name, Level 3 award in education and training is now the new name of PTLLS.

While completing the course you will need train students within the class environment to ensure that they get the best possible education that Educate QA can provide. Learners must be self-motivated and be willing to complete the course to achieve the qualification.

You will have access to support as much as you need upon completion of your course, you will be able to access this directly through your tutor by booking a slot online or for any additional support the support team will be available at any time to support you through your course. making this because it’s useful for my specific brand of dramaturgy and i generally have a good deal of feelings about sea shanties. these are the result of far too much time searching around for shanties that are both authentic and have a tune that can be found on the internet. organized by theme.

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Flooring trainer to join our highly successful and professional team, operating within GCS Training, the commercial branch of the College. 

Working within the Business, Skills and Innovation department, you will market, recruit, teach, assess, and support learners within the sector. The post involves training, assessing and coaching learners in all aspects of Flooring (carpet, wood/laminate and vinyl/linoleum), academic qualifications and essential skills up to level 3.

Delivery programs include cost recovery, QCF NVQs, academic courses, bespoke and Work Based Learning frameworks.  High standards, professionalism and current industry knowledge is essential for this post.

With a professional approach you will have current knowledge of the relevant framework and be able to deliver all qualifications at all levels relevant to the apprenticeship framework. Ideally you will also be familiar with the administrative requirements of the apprenticeship programmes.

You will work with external employers and managers within the College to identify and support training solutions to meet the needs of the organisations and assist Internal Verifiers in ensuring that all requirements of the External Verifier and awarding bodies are met.

You will possess a minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant area and hold or be willing to work towards the A1 Assessor/V1 Internal Verifiers (TAQA) award.  Level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification is essential for this post, together with a commitment to undertake the Preparing to Teach qualification (PTTLS). In addition to this you will have relevant industry experience.

With excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ILT skills you will have the experience and occupational competence to assess up to level 3. With the ability to motivate, inspire and transfer knowledge to the learner you will have excellent attention to detail, be target driven with a strong focus on quality.
