New age things that help
if you’re like me who has suffer from PTSD or suffering from PTSD at the moment, might I suggest a few good stones that will help you in the long run. As well as taking your medication and swirling your meditation Balls. The one thing that I find that helps out is it meditation balls are good if you’re officially person. Also, if you’re interested in art, that can be very good for you to help with the creativity. I will tell you that story the next time I have a flashback Thursday or throwback Thursday but anyways meditation balls are very important to have but also are crystals added to your medication. No I’m not talking about drugs. I’m talking about actual crystals that might actually help you with your problem of PTI. See your post traumatic stress disorder or anxiety. I’ve had suffered from PTSD for the past 34 years. This is coming after 35 years a huge feed for someone with my condition is that I have made it to 35. Some people are two chronic and they cannot seem to get out of bed let alone live their life. I was lucky to have good parents and good crystals as well as medication to help me along the way. But let’s talk more about the crystal shall we
Now these may come from different websites are on the same website is yohumanz which is about crystals and New Age thing. It’s very interesting to read. But they talk about that PTSD is caused by other songs, not war and violence at all so messy break ups, and other stuff, this is very important to note that even the smallest thing can cause PTSD, or that the smallest negative thing I should say, can cause PTSD is caused by more or less ignorance on the avengers end of the spectrum, not the person who suffer from PTSD and let’s talk about the crystals shall we.
Black Tourmaline
Black tourmaline is thought of as a “bodyguard” because it’s powerful in the way it can clear energies around it. It can protect you as it absorbs negativity. This can help create a calming environment where your anxiety can rest.
Since people with anxiety and trauma often have negative thoughts, this can be a good stone for helping clear that energy.
Amethyst
When many people think about crystals for anxiety, amethyst will be the first one that comes to mind. Often a light purple or lavender color, this stone brings soothing energies and is known for its calming qualities.
It can also help inspire you to heal and act as a supportive friend along the way.
It’s also a great choice when searching for crystals for trauma. That’s because it’s thought to aid in sleep, specifically, it’s said to help ward off bad dreams and nightmares, a common symptom of PTSD.
Lapis Lazuli
This dark blue stone is said to hold wisdom and truth. Sometimes, when we’re going through trauma, we might feel the truth was stolen from us. If we have anxiety, we might be confused about the truth because of our fearful thoughts. Lapis Lazuli can be a gentle reminder of your inner truth.
It’s also said to help protect against negative energies. The wisdom of this stone also can help increase self-awareness, which can be helpful when you’re working through anxiety-related issues.
Rose Quartz
Rose quartz is a light pink color and it’s most known for love and healing.
Although you might not think of rose quartz as an anxiety or trauma stone, it should be one of your top picks. That’s because people with mental health issues are often hard on themselves. We could benefit from the self-compassion rose quartz represents. It can inspire us to go easier on ourselves, accept our flaws and see the good we have to offer.
As a pink stone, out of all crystals for traumas, this one may provide the most gentle, soothing, motherly-type energy. This can have a healing effect.
Howlite
Howlite is known to be a calming stone. This choice for those looking for crystals for anxiety. The white color symbolizes the soothing energy it provides.
It’s also thought to help those with an overactive mind, especially when it interferences with your sleep. This can make it a good option for people who suffer from nightmares or who are afraid to fall asleep.
Carnelian
Carnelian is an orange stone, so you can assume it has happy, sunny energy to dole out! This can be a good choice for people suffering from anxiety or trauma that need more ‘brightness’ in their life.
It’s also a good crystal for confidence. Building your self-esteem with this stone can help you tackle some anxiety issues and make encourage your strength.
Citrine
Citrine is another common orange stone you can use to bring happiness into a stressful time. It’s thought to attract positive energy and absorb negative ones.
It’s also a great crystal to use for a boost in self-confidence. This can be a good aid for those whose self-esteem has been damaged through a traumatic experience.
Lepidolite
Lepidolite is thought to help with anxiety and depression. It may ease trauma and help you release your emotions toward the experience. It’s also said to absorb negative energies, perfect for those who worry their anxiety is polluting their energy field.
Fossils
Fossils represent time, eternity and evolution. Fossils are excellent healing tools to work through past life situations and for releasing whatever no longer serves you and your higher purpose in life.
I am a very proud owner of all crystals as except for diamonds. Diamonds are ones that you want to avoid because they’ll amplify negative emotions and negative behaviors. I don’t ever go near a diamond whatsoever. If I see a diamond, I run the other way that’s just my policy, but any other Crystal will do especially the ones that I have written up here I have actually in my room or in a bag somewhere for me to carry around whenever I need the extra help. Also trying to take care of yourself and trying to take your medication on. Time is a very important thing. Also try to do a blog or journal or Wattpad journal and see what happens there to show that other people are not the only ones that suffer from this reflection. Also, a dream blog journal, or dream wattpad journal will really do wonders for you.
Also, moonstone another interesting things are very good for you as well to balance your mood. Amazon is good for positivity and stuff like that so if you ever want to want to look for and also tigers eye is going to help you grow is fine as well. Think about these crystals that I’ve listed up above, or think about what I have said. Riding also does a good job with the PTSD I find and that is it important to write as much as possible.! But also crystals will help you and crystals real help you along with your medication iPhone, and I am not a darker, but I am a shaman, and I feel the crystals are just as beneficial as with a doctor and crystals, so if you do with a doctors says, as well as the crystals, you were gonna be fine.

🎧🎧
Hey you! Thanks for the ask! :D
🎧: Wouldn't It Be Nice by The Beach Boys (although the particular version that came up is a lovely cover by Kate McGill)
"And wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong?"
I probably wouldn't have discovered this song if not for my boyfriend, but now it's on my "on repeat" playlist in Spotify. We're long distance (327 miles, to be exact) for the indefinite future, so listening to this always makes me feel closer to him. This line in particular is my favorite for a lot of different reasons; first, just the first part - wouldn't it be nice to live together - sums up the hopes he and I share for the future. The idea of having a life together in a world where we belong resonates with me for some more personal reasons on my end and his, which I won't get into out of respect for him. But it's a lovely sentiment that really touches me every time I hear it (which is often).
🎧: Work This Body by Walk the Moon
"I swear, I swear, one day I will beat you fair and square"
I first heard this song while gallivanting around campus with my best friend, so I always smile when it comes up because it reminds me of her. Then I actually paid attention to the lyrics, and I realized I really relate to the message.
This line is my favorite for... really one overall reason, but it's got lots of layers to it. Before I royally screwed up my knee and had to drop out of ROTC, I had a lot of issues with some of the other mids. My squad leader and our PTI were grade-A jerks; when I struggled in PT they treated me like dirt. I was told I was lazy, whiny, unmotivated, and a disgrace. I'll freely admit I wasn't doing well, but I kept trying. I promised myself I wouldn't quit.
When I had to drop for medical reasons, I was devastated. I know the truth of why I had to leave, and some other mids do too, but I knew everyone else would think I quit because it was too hard. I would've done anything to stay.
I ended up pivoting to PLC. The people I met there have been encouraging, supportive, and kind. I went in fully expecting people like those I'd encountered in ROTC, but I was dead wrong. Even though I still have to work towards my fitness goals, no one makes fun of me. I remember one of the boys encouraging me by saying hey, we all started somewhere. Everyone in PLC wants to see the people around them succeed, whereas the ROTC mids... didn't.
So I use this song as motivation, especially when running. I like to picture the day I commission and prove to everyone who thought I was worthless that I'm just as capable as them.
#thanks for the ask! <3#sorry for the long post#but sharing my experience with rotc from my perspective#is very important to me#everyone who knows me knows how important it was to me#dar's stuff

Feels Like Our Hard Work Finally Paid Off: Korean Band BTS On Grammy Nomination
Beyond The Scene (BTS) is the first South Korean music group to be nominated for a Grammy Award in a prominent category.
Fresh off their first mainstream Grammy nomination, K-pop sensation or Beyond The Scene (BTS) says their hard work has finally paid off and they are one step closer to their childhood dream of a win at the world's biggest music awards.
Their song "Dynamite" asks listeners to "keep your eye on the ball", and BTS seems to have done just that with the group being nominated for the best pop duo/group performance at the Grammys on Tuesday.
The septet, comprising RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook, said they hope to bring home another laurel in 2021 following the historic Oscar win of director Bong Joon-ho's genre-defying film "Parasite" this year. BTS is the first South Korean music group to be nominated for a Grammy Award in a prominent category.
Group leader RM told PTI in an email interaction that BTS is "truly honoured" by the recognition from Recording Academy, the institution behind the Grammys. "We tremendously respect what director Bong Joon-ho achieved at the Oscars, and it was a very proud moment for us as South Korean artists. Similar to the Oscars, the Grammys are the most respected award in the music industry which we grew up watching to foster our dreams as musicians,” said the 26-year-old, whose full name is Kim Nam-joon. We're truly honoured and happy about our very first nomination. It makes us even happier to know how delighted our fans must be right now. It feels like our hard work has finally paid off," he added. For the group – the full name is Bangtan Sonyeondan (Bulletproof Boy Scouts) or Beyond The Scene, their English branding -- bagging a Grammy has been a longstanding "dream", something they hope to realise with the win of "Dynamite".
"Dynamite", a funky disco number ushering in positivity amid the Covid-19 pandemic, is their first full-fledged English single and their career's first Billboard Hot 100 No 1 hit.
The song will compete with "Un Dia", "Intentions", "Rain On Me" and "Exile" at the January 31 ceremony. They were previously up for an obscure best recording package Grammy in 2019 for 'Love Yourself: Tear'.
"We're thrilled to be even closer to our childhood dream. Since we’re nominated, we hope this leads to a win. We'll prove ourselves on the Grammy stage," said j-hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok.
BTS was poised for a world tour to promote their album “Map of the Soul: 7” earlier this year but it had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. They have used the time to be in regular touch with ARMY, a term for their fans, sending their healing touch through online concerts.
V said their greatest wish at this point is for the pandemic situation to pass so that they can finally meet fans all over the world again in person. "We have not been to India yet, so we look forward to having a concert and performing there if we get a chance in the future," the 24-year-old, whose real name is Kim Tae-hyung, promised.
Last week, BTS released “BE”, their new album and most personal work. It is yet another important addition in their discography characterised by themes of aspiration, hope, relatability and togetherness through hits like "ON", "Black Swan", "DNA", and "Boy With Luv".
“BE” comes in a year when the septet completes seven years of their debut. It is also special because it is a project on which all members participated actively, Jimin, 25, said. While V turned visual director and Jimin served as project manager for the album, Jung Kook directed the music video for the lead single, "Life Goes On".
The production process of “BE” reflects the thoughts and emotions the members feel in the current situation, Jimin said. "This album is also our message of healing to the world that is going through a difficult time at the moment. We hope that the listeners can find comfort through our music while listening," the singer, whose real name is Park ji-min, said. The word 'be' has multiple connotations. Asked what it means to them, RM said one of the first words when you learn English grammar in Korea is the verb 'be'.
" 'Be' can have an infinite number of meanings and forms depending on what word comes before or after. I think our new album can be the starting point for us to explore endless possibilities as well," he said. For Jin, “Be” means “to exist”.
"I think it can translate into the fact that we haven't seen our fans in person for more than a year, yet we're still here," the 27-year-old, whose real name is Kim Seok-jin, said. Jung Kook, 23, said the album's title holds a "hopeful meaning" for him. "It's always used when you want 'to be something' and I always want to be a great person for ARMY," the youngest member, whose real name is Jeon Jung-kook, added. Jimin said the word 'be' reminds him of the results and aspirations that he has gained after many experiences, "which make me stronger".
"I think 'be' is a word that best expresses myself at the moment. I'm thrilled that the album is released. I'm undeniably 'BE'TS," quipped j-hope, true to his sunny personality. V believes “be” is a point of preparation to start something. "That could be having a peace of mind or the complete opposite," he added. SUGA, 27, whose real name is Min Yoon-gi, said the meaning of 'be' signifies "my future that I will welcome with a smile".
With three rappers in RM, SUGA and j-hope and four singers, the band is the manifestation of unity in diversity - not just as singing styles, but also as individuals who have evolved over the years. Asked what makes the group, Jin said the band's greatest strength is the effort they make to convey the messages they want to deliver to the world "candidly and boldly".
"We believe that there is no stronger medium than music, which can embody messages of hope, comfort, joy and so on. We're thankful that we are capable of doing so with music and performance," he added.
Like Korean films and dramas, Korean music too has been there since time immemorial, but the world has just started recognising South Korea as a culture at large. Asked what could be the contributing factors to the rising international interest in the country, Jung Kook said, "We believe South Korean culture is very beautiful and attractive, which is portrayed through diverse contents such as movies, dramas, music, etc. As artists representing South Korea, we also want to share this with the rest of the world."

This powerful endorsement by one of the most iconic voices in the South Asian community underscores the vital role of AAPI voters in this election and the growing momentum behind the Harris-Walz ticket, AAPI Victory Fund said. The exclusive performance is set to be broadcast on AAPI Victory Fund's YouTube but also across major South Asian networks, including AVS and TV Asia, as part of a strategic push to galvanise support for Kamala Harris among South Asian voters worldwide. It will be broadcast on AAPI Victory Fund's YouTube on October 13 at 8 pm ET. The 30-minute show will feature some of Rahman's most beloved songs, interspersed with messages highlighting Kamala Harris's historic candidacy and commitment to the AAPI community, a media release said. AAPI Victory Fund also released a teaser video on YouTube in which A R Rahman along with Rahman and Indiaspora Founder M R Rangaswami are seen preparing for the performance.
