I’ve been on a healing journey for seven years. After I hit my emotional rock bottom, I found a therapist that I still see to this day. It took me two years to climb out of the darkness. During that time I learned how to talk to myself. (Still learning as I grow) I learned how to be aware of myself. How to hold and nurture the child within. Three years into my journey plant medicine came into my life. This combined with therapy has given me the tools to go in and look at the really hard stuff. The stuff I was always running from. The things I always thought were someone else’s fault. Now I realize these pains, discomforts, frustrations are my wounds speaking to me. They are guide posts to where the healing needs to happen. Having learned these tools, it feels like I’ve climbed a fire tower and am looking out over the forest of my being. Now I can spot where the fires are and go directly to that area of the forest and put healing water on it. Some fires take more water. Some fires spread. I’m able to keep a loving eye on them now and move with them. I feel so much gratitude for these tools. They are life changing. I feel so much gratitude for the loving support from my community far and near. I want you to know I support you too. I’m here. I’m holding your journey in my heart as well. I can see you in your fire tower doing your work. It’s beautiful. Keep going. . . . . #healing #plantmedicine #love #psychedelichealing #shadowwork #supporteachother #toolsforhealing #ayahuasca #sanpedro #therapy https://www.instagram.com/p/CKhGOrgl3p0/?igshid=y0tn9cc4y7os
