PS!Void isn’t even considered particularly valuable to the Dearests, it’s very likely that what’s going on is they believe they’re doing him and the world a service by keeping his secret in their very twisted way. they don’t want to risk letting an organization like TGG get their hands on Void, out of distrust. they (PS!Psychic included) do fear the consequences of him potentially going A.C., partly because of the possibility of world destruction and partly because they’re the ones who need to control and cover up something like that. also they just don’t want to lose the Accretions because those guys are actually useful lmao

if he can find practitioners/coaches within the local momos academy area he'll sign up & train formally w/ a coach

his base is mainly kyokushin karate & a little bit of lucha canaria, learnt as a kid in the canary islands on holiday

wears ankle weights while sparring as a form of gaining muscle.

they're not that heavy (~2kg) each leg. it's become a habit of his

style: prefers kicks & takedowns over punches/evasions.

HATES footwork lmao

heavily considering just shaving his head bc it gets really annoying when his fringe keeps falling out during sparring

charles taught/got him into bare-knuckle boxing

Qualifications

blue belt in taekwondo. got it certified recently in momosu; learnt up to green belt previously

black belt in kyokushin karate

he's a martial arts genius & he works really hard!!

doesn't have any other official qualifications bc he was sent to momos before anything like that cld happen

looking into judo. originally wanted to learn jeet kune do but there wasn't any good dojangs for it in momosu

dislikes it bc he always can't write in class the day after due to damage done to his hands

so charlix tries to spar on fridays/days w/o classes the next day so they both dont need to suffer lmao

I'm commiting to Nagxian pet cat.

I kept rotating different names but I think her name is Duchesse. She looks like a Duchesse. She's mostly a cat. There's a little bit of her that's not natural (normal cat trait tbh), something that hitched a ride from the Void at some point and is just enjoying the House Cat Life (tm) now. Well, Pet Cat at least. This cat is going on trips and eating seeing things.

Also, and this is very important, they match.

While Duchesse is completely harmless apart from her ability and willingness to digest almost anything, the voidsent possessing her (for lack of a better word) might have some connection to a previous iteration of Psyche's* soul on the Source, namely Momori, a (completely unhinged) mage from Mhach.

Eclaire does of course know there is a voidsent in this cat (though not necessarily about its involvment with Momo) but treats her exactly like a house cat. She's gonna be spoiled....
