Think about his justice and harsh judgment in such a way that you do not forget his mercy, for he does not work justice without mercy, or mercy without justice. The cloak is faith, for just as the cloak covers everything and everything is enclosed in it, man can likewise comprehend and attain all things by faith. This cloak should be decorated with the tokens of your Bridegroom’s love - namely, how he created you, how he redeemed you, how he raised you and led you into his spirit and opened your spiritual eyes. The brooch, which should always be on your chest, is the frequent consideration of his suffering: how he was mocked and scourged, how he stood alive on the cross, bloody and wounded in all his limbs, how in death his whole body shook from the most bitter pain and anguish, and how he commended his spirit into the hands of his Father. May this brooch always be on your chest! There should also be a crown on your head, which means that you should be chaste in your desires, so much so, that you would rather endure a beating and pain than to be further stained.

Therefore, be modest and polite and do not think about or desire anything but your God and Creator - for when you have him, you have everything! Adorned in this way, you shall await your Bridegroom.”

How fucked up is it, that everyone in the prophecy knows they're in the prophecy, except for Magnus and The Assassin? Like, Salacia knows, obviously, DK, Charles, The Water God, everyone. By the time everything starts coming together, everyone else is gearing up for like... a fight for the world. The whole world! They're fighting to stop the apocalypse.

And the whole time, Magnus and MMA are like ":3 Yay!!!! I can't wait to get my revenge!!! Yipee!!!! There are no higher stakes then vengeance! NOTHING else is at stake! Just revenge!!!" as the literal end of the world looms on the horizon. And they're both supposed to die. That's their role in the prophecy. They're just some regular, mortal guys, I think? They don't realize that they're VILLIANS in an ANCIENT PROHPECY (I mean, I guess Magnus gets to know about this for a total of like, 5 minutes before he offs himself, but if anything that's worse cause then he dies as the self-loathing, regretful villain)

and idk I always thought that would be so, so scary. Not to over sympathize with The Revengencers or whatever, I just think that'd be just so upsetting. "Hey, btw, according to the prophecy you don't know about, your life has to suck, you're gonna be angry, mad and hateful your whole life, everyone you like is gonna die or leave you, and you get to fucking DIE horribly. Have fun buddy :)" and they have NO idea the stakes. They're just mad at DK, like regular people (regular in quotes, obviously). They're not magical, they don't get to come back from the dead, like they're just some guys. The most supernatural/unusual thing about them is like, MMA is really strong? that's all I can think of.

I think that's super scary and sad.

@lunaetis and I have been plotting out a verse for The Goth Doctor and Arlecchino and I've been infected with the brainrot recently of how cool it would be for an au in which The Doctor replaced The Traveler specifically for that quest. No small thanks in part to generally how I believe The Doctor's relations to teyvat would be. If there are immortals there, they probably know him. If he frequents, anyway. Definitely not the locals. He's just a weird local to them.

But more to the point. I'm wondering how investigating the history of a nation or a city would work in a story where The Doctor actively has to utilize the TARDIS to study a civilization, a prohpecy, and it's history. Imagine him going through it's timeline to learn about it so he can crack a mystery in the future and unwittingly setting up events that will be the catalyst that draws HIM IN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Like. Accidentally getting involved, solving the mystery out of order.

But because I am faithful, the devil will never rule over the soul of any man who devoutly serves me. Although my friends sometimes seem to be insane or senseless, it is not because the devil is tormenting them, or because they serve me with fervent and godly devotion. It is rather because of some defect or weakness in the brain, or some other hidden reason, which serves to humble them. It may also happen, sometimes, that the devil receives power from me over the bodies of good men for the sake of their future reward, or that he darkens their consciences. I'm looking for this Bonnie story. Bonnie is in New Orleans. The French Quarter witches have this prohpecy that Bonnie would save them from Marcel's reign. Or they called her to help them, I believe. I also remember the author mentioning in their notes that they didn't want to do the baby plot (they didn't like it) and did this cool plot twist of adding Bonnie into the mix. The ships were boncel x klonnie. This is all I can remember, so I hope you or your followers might know the name of this story or the author.

So, to summarize, there is no magic baby or pregnancy. Bonnie is set as the savior of the NOLA witches to help them, and Klaus is also in NOLA.
