Don’t know if this is weird or even makes sense but I genuinely love seeing art that has either dialogue or notes written in the artist’s (non english) native language, like even if I don’t understand the words, I feel like I’m reading/hearing the actual voice of the artist and/or character and that has its own enjoyment you know?

#like ive started doing this with my vietnamese because im trying to actually use it and obv the dialect is completely different #and sometimes i wonder if others feel the same way and maybe i'll get the courage to show some of my shitty viet honey comix...#granted ive been learning viet american dialect which is different from mainland dialect but i still enjoy writing in it bc it's so #different from english #probably delete later not cuz its a vent but i always feel weird talking about something kinda personal lol
