smthing smthing ridiculously loyal medieval executioner lu dort who everyone fears except for the handsome prince shai who considers lu his burly (bodyguard) knight and calls him babygirl
#chet a peasant (srry but look at his beard) who gave up trying to court shai for another prince instead jabari:#doesnt he torture people--#shai: YES and he tortures my HEART as well 😿#shai writes lu poetry and slips them between the cracks of the jailer's chamber and lu has to hide it under his boot#so no one thinks hes soft#medieval upriser (hes not rlly. the king is actually corrupt and this is toxic evil yaoi but to other ppl not the lovers):#WHAT WAS THAT? INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE KING TO PUNISH ME FURTHER ?#lu: ....... oui ? (awkwardly shaunters over in his armor and acts like hes about to slam his big metal boot over it#instead he gently covers it from view.. careful not to get any grime or dirt on it#and sweeps it across the floor and behind him hoping the prisoner is suffering from object permanence) anyways-#back to torture 🥰🥰 !!#sometimes shai sprays his love poems with his patented favorite perfume and lu has to quickly tuck them into the chinks of his armor#mainly on his upper body so he can sneak a little letter sniff in between the decaying of the corpses#prisoner: YOU'LL NEVER MAKE ME BETRAY M-why does that note have hearts on it and why did you just sigh lovingly and sn-#lu shines his axe over the talking so hopefully it'll change the subject#shai convinces lu to finally sneak out that decrepit old dungeon and explore the town with him in their amazing normal people disguises#a butterfly lands on shai the disney princess and lu tries to stab it with his sword#plottwist tho shai is actually secretly the leader of the rebellion against the king but doesnt want to be king after#hes going to appoint another knight in his place.. knight jdub. who keeps being pestered by a jolly bard for they share a same name#lu has to be torn between his undying loyalty to his king who spared him in battle (only bcs his skills seemed useful)#and his undying loyalty to his (dying) love
