Hello I hope you have the time to see what's in the link about how the penal system work for women in Virginia. It's rarely discussed here in the real world but when it does it's frowned upon. The stigma needs to come to an end. I admit having to looked into prisons for love because most of my friends and family knew that I got banned from POF plus the burnout from online dating and I'm not into the nightlife and pickings for an African American atheist like myself are nonexistent here and had to make the business decision due to the aforementioned reasons and tired of being harassed by ladies I don't want, getting one date and don't see her again. Bobbie is the exact opposite of the thots and deadbeat mothers around here. Again feel free to click or touch the link to see the statement. In closing I knew I made the right decision to correspond with Bobbie in 2015.

My assistant Jessica has been working hard to find cases that we can use as precedence for James'. She found a good one tonight -although she originally confused it with the movie Murder in the First with Gary Oldman and Kevin Bacon (a movie that falls into my category of 'important/glad I saw it/will never watch again.) which was quite different than the real life case.
It still bears relevance however. In the 1930's attorneys for Henri Young, an inmate of Alcatraz used his state of mind as a reason for him killing a fellow prisoner. They said he was "psychologically unconscious,” due to the abuse he suffered therefore he could not be held responsible for his actions.
Groundbreaking and shocking at the time, it has now been accepted as a legal defense in cases of battered women and children.
This is similar to what we are using to explain James' behavior and like then what we are doing hasn't been done before so I definitely understood what his attorney must have been feeling - scared but determined to speak the truth even if it's not what people want to hear.
They need to hear. Someone has to listen if anything is ever going to change....
Jessica said no matter what happens if we can get people to talk about the issues some good will come of all this.
But that's not good enough. We have to win. I have to win for James...

This is the report that Ben and Jessica found when they were searching for James' prison records documenting his abuse. It's very scary...
We have problem getting the health care that we need from private insurance companies, prisoners have no one watching out for them.
Something has to be done...

One of the few organizations working hard and does not shy away from this problem. They have news and ways you can send messages to survivors of abuse. Definitely worth supporting. We can’t do it alone but one lone voice can make a difference and bring light to another lone voice who is in pain…
