There were two minors

One of them was 15 when Ryan was 24. The "friendship" was sexual in nature and involved emotional abuse and sexual roleplay

The other minor was 15 when Ryan was 22 and began to groom her and talk sexually with her until their "relationship" started when the ages were 17 and 24. Nudes were exchanged when the minor was 16

They are currently 26 years old, and have admitted to sexually abusing two minors, who were 17 and 15. There are several other minors who are suspected of being groomed by this person, mainly on twitter and discord.

For the 15-year-old: They did sexual roleplay together, and Ryan groomed them for at least a year starting when they were 24 and the minor was 15. There was no romantic relationship that I am aware of, but their "friendship" was sexual in nature. This minor seems to have escaped, and is now supposedly safe.

About the 17-year-old: Ryan started DMing them on Discord, when they were 22 and this girl was 15. They did sexual roleplays snd exchanged nudes when the minor turned 16. At 17, Ryan began "dating" them and emotionally abusing them, all while the sexual abuse was happening. This included gaslighting and guilting her into things. She wishes to remain anonymous, according to Ryan, but plans to possibly start dating them again after she turns 18. (Update August 2021: she is now 18, and there is no word about them getting back together)

Ryan claims that all of this, including the exchange of nudes, was legal in their province and the minor's state. This is a lie they tell, twisting the usage of Romeo and Juliet laws to do so (the creation, possession, and distribution of sexual photographs of anyone under 18 years old is illegal in both areas, even if the one in the photos is the one sending them. It is also illegal for adults to send sexual or pornographic images to anyone under 18. They could both get in legal trouble, even though the minor is a victim).

Ryan also claims that they made the minor tell her parents about the relationship, but has offered no proof of the parents being aware (and even if they knew, the relationship was still predatory). They even tried to say that their PTSD made them abuse both minors.

They admitted this on their (now deactivated) previous twitter accounts, under the usernames _Sacred69_ and CherriSacred, during August of 2020. Months before that, they admitted to it on Discord, in a server run by INKVXID and DanisStudio on Twitter. Both of them claim to have been unaware of the child abuse until August 2020, despite Ryan telling them in June 2020 (as well as Ryan sexually roleplaying with minors in their server, as well as another one).
