PRINCESSCATHERINEMIDDLETON’S FAVOURITE ROYALS... in no particular order
PRINCESS MABEL OF ORANGE-NASSAU, also known as Mabel Smit or Mabel van Oranje, is a human rights activist and a princess of the Netherlands. The mother of two daughters, Mabel was widowed in a freak skiing accident in 2013, but has remained close to the Dutch Royal Family. She has co-founded the European Action Council for Peace in the Balkans, War Child Netherlands, the European Council on Foreign Relations, and Girls Not Brides, to name a few, and works closely with a number of non-profits. She was the first Chief Executive Officer of The Elders (independent global leaders working together for peace and human rights), before stepping down after her husband’s accident, and she works as both an advisor to a variety of charities and non-profits and as a member of numerous thinktanks. Mabel speaks four languages, has a Masters degree in economics and political science, and has completed an internship at the United Nations.

Royaltyspeaking's Top 10 Least Favorite Royal Wedding Gowns
No one asked me but whatever. Here are my least favorite gowns:
#10- Princess Sofia of Sweden
Okay so I debated even putting this one on the list because I don't hate it nor do I think it's a terrible dress, I just think it's disappointing. The dress doesn't seem like something you wear to marry a prince nor does it seem to suit Sofias style. I don't like the neckline or the clumsy, cheap looking lace. I also can't stand the vertical panels of lace on the skirt. I also think the skirt needs a lot more volume.
#9- Zara Tindall
Zara looked amazing from the neck up. But this dress just doesn't work. It's a bit dated and the bodice and dropped waist are unflattering. I also really dislike the sleeves. I also don't think this dress suits Zaras style at all.
#8- Charlotte Casiraghi
I love everything about this from armpits up, but the rest...ugh. I remember when the photos of her wedding were first released and this picture loaded on my phone so I couldn't scroll past her armpits and I was so excited to see the rest because it looked stunning. Then it loaded and here we are. The main dress, the sleeves, and the top part all look like they belong to three different gowns. I'm not gonna lie, I definitely thought she was pregnant again too. The fact that this is Giambattista Valli makes it even worse, I expected better from him.
#7- Princess Tatiana of Greece and Denmark
Too. Much. Lace. Also, none of the elements of this dress work together, it looks like the bolero and veil were last minute additions, and a lot of pictures it looks like the train was barely attached to the dress. This gown is also super disappointing because Tatiana is consistently among the best dressed at royal events.
#6- Princess Nathalie of Sayn- Wittgenstein- Berleburg
I absolutely hate the top of this gown. Is it lace? Is it crochet? Also why is it yellowish? If the whites matched I think it would be decent enough but the color difference doesn't work.
#5- The Countess of Wessex
This dress is very buisness formal, isn't it? I guess I can't say that it's not true to Sophie's past style before she got her shit together. Honestly theres nothing about this that I like, from the gown to the sad veil to the jewelry that doesn't work with the dress at all.
#4- Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother
I feel like y'all are sleeping on this one. It's dowdy and unflattering. It's hard to believe that Elizabeth was marrying a prince, this whole look wasn't the least bit special.
#3- Princess Sophie of Prussia
There's nothing I hate more on a wedding dress than a fucking collar. Especially combined with a jacket that doesn't even go with the gown itself. As for the rest of the dress...it looks like it went through a shredder and I hate all of it.
#2- Crown Princess Mary of Denmark
This one is another massive disappointment. Between the pleats, the too stiff fabric, the unflattering neckline, and the train that looked like it had been added on at the last minute, it's all a miss. On top of that, it just looks unfinished. I saw someone else say that you could probably find pins still in the dress on the day of the wedding and I think they are right. Mary's hair was atrocious too. I really wonder what she would choose if she married Frederick again tomorrow because surely it wouldn't be this.
#1- Princess Mabel of Orange Nassau
Do I even need to explain why this is my number 1 choice? The worst part is that if it weren't for those bows, this would actually be a fantastic gown. The shape and cut are both great, but the bows ruin the whole thing.
