Back and shoulder day. Couldn’t wait to get to the gym today. Worked OT all week. I needed to unwind. Did 3 sets of bent over rows, lat pulldowns, reverse grip smith machine rows and seated cable rows. For the shoulders I did 3 sets of hammer-strength shoulder presses, lateral raises and using the incline hammer strength machine I did front deltoid landmine presses. Love the hammer strength machines. They are so universal and also safe and they don’t require a spotter. #prexmasgains #gymrat #trainlikeaboss (at Youfit Health Clubs)
