They were incredible live with a ton of fun energy! @nicholaspetricholas dance moves was one of my favorite things about the concert, and my friends and I got to talk to him for a minute when he was at the same diner with us after the venue 😱It was lovely to see walk the moon perform with my best friends, especially @lizyme123 whose listened to them for years and got my friends and I to loveee WTM ❤️ You can also swipe to see process pics and my time lapse recording. hey im annie and this is a writeblr intro of sorts even tho i’ve had this blog for over a year now i just never got around to making this !! but now im actually writing original stuff instead of fanfic so i feel like it’s time!

about me

i’m 22, bisexual, and my pronouns are she/her. i’m american. i’ve been writing my entire life but i really started writing in 2012 and i actually placed in several contests and got an agent in that first year but life happened and i stopped writing for a long time. i’ve been writing fic for the past year as kind of practice to get my skill up and now im ready to write original stories! im also a huge reader and im into pretty much any fantasy, horror, and lgbt romance. 

about my writing

i’m usually pretty laid back about it. i like to have a solid outline but im kind of ambiguous on plotting because a lot of times as i’m writing, my stories will kind of take on a direction of their own. i just go along with it. worldbuilding is the absolute bane of my existence so i’m always looking for ways to get better at that. i love love love writing pining characters it just warms my heart so much i love tenderness and yearning and touch starvation give it to me now!! so that’s always a theme in what i write. 

current WIP

Are There Still Beautiful Things (working title yea i stole it from taylor swift what about it)

a paranormal horror/lgbt romance. when sarah nielsen inherits her grandfather’s house, she and her best friend, artemisia ward head to texas with the intent to remodel and sell it. the only problem is, no one in the tiny town of cross hill will go anywhere near the house and sarah is spending more and more time talking to people that no one else can see. unbeknownst to her, her entire family is psychic. artemisia is just trying to help get the house ready for sale and also figure out how to tell sarah that she’s in love with her. (this is a very rough description i haven’t sorted out the full plot yet but you get the gist of things)

i mostly reblog writing advice or memes but im trying to do more with this blog. thus, the intro. i dont even know how active writeblr really is but im giving it a try because i want a space to talk about my writing outside of fandom spaces that im in. this is a side blog tho so i follow from my main @pressrestart ! so yea if anyone wants to be friends or has tips for how to be more active on writeblr bc i really never got that into tumblr so im kind of lost here, lmk! for now if i post about my wip i’ll put it under the tag ‘still beautiful things’ alright peace out
