‘Tis not too late to apply for our annual Fall Fly-in! The deadline to apply is July 15. During the Fall Fly-In, students visit classes, join in discussions with faculty and students, and participate in field trips in Acadia National Park  and around Mount Desert Island . Experience meals in COA’s dining hall, including a special Saturday brunch with faculty, staff, and students and a dinner hosted by COA president Darron Collins . Tour campus, have an admission interview, and show off your talents at our Open Mic night! And finally, experience dorm life during your overnight stays with current COA students.

Dorothy and I met our senior year of high school when we both interviewed for the presidential scholarship, and then again when we auditioned for the theatre scholarship. We admired each other from afar before becoming friends, and now she is one of my absolute best friends. She puts up with my bullshit, sex talk, and political rants.
