#ThrowbackThursday: "The Solar System" (2018, Mixed Media, Graphite, Acrylic Paint, Glitter Paint, Scrapbook Stickers, On Wood). I created this home-made piece for my friend that works at the Hoosick Street, Troy,NY Pioneer Bank branch who gave birth to her second child this past year. The baby's theme for the bedroom was the solar system. I was inspired by a combination of Jimmy Neutron, Baby Einstein, and a baby Bonnet cap to create this outer space piece. Last Thursday, I dropped off the present to the bank tellers who were able to allow my Mom to give our friend this gift a day later.
