If you want to try the Uruguayan/Argentinian version of this, try out Alfajores de Maicena! They're similar cookies but made with granulated sugar and cornstarch instead of only powdered sugar, which makes them more crumbly. If you can pair it with a thick creamy dulce de leche that will hold on to the individual crumbs it's a godsend.
