This is a subject that really interests me because I (28 years old) had computer classes in grade school where learning how to efficiently type was a big focus. As a result I have a very high WPM (words per minute) count and am an excellent touch typer.

However, I've heard that they started phasing out computer classes in a lot of schools because it's assumed that kids/teenagers already know how to use a computer in this day and age. But smartphones are more popular than computers now, and as result a lot of Gen Z/Gen Alpha kids are able to text very quickly but their typing skills aren't as good.

Did I hear right? They animated my favorite manga panel?! (　･`ω･´)✨

This is great! This is amazing! I'm so happy right now!

#I've been looking at it for very long #I've noticed all the details #1) They cleaned up Shirakumo's awkward smile (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠) It's too pretty #2) They added more length to the back of Hizashi's hair (maybe trying to make it more of a mullet??)#3) Hizashi's eyes in the anime are a little scary - I think he was passionate in the manga but in the anime they look bulging (⁠･ั⁠ω⁠･ั⁠)#4) They shortened Shirakumo?? He's a tall guy! Standing at 6ft he's the same height as present day Hizashi and Aizawa #(and they had an extra 15 years to grow while Shirakumo was just... like that in highschool)#5) They entirely changed the statue in the background lol #6) Shirakumo and Hizashi are now looking at each other (I liked the manga where they were looking off because it showed just 2 boys talking)#7) Hizashi's bag is much more lumpy (what does he have in there?)#8) Added a little bend to Shota's straw ʕ⁠·⁠ᴥ⁠·⁠ʔ #9) Shota's face looks longer... Would you ever post a process video? :O I love your style and I'm so curious as to how you put together compositions! Especially the lil story doodles on Instagram! How long do the doodles take you compared to full pieces? THEY ALWAYS LOOK SO GOOD BUT YOU MAKE IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DO THEM SO FAST :OO I LOVE YOUR WORK AHHHHHHH

haha this is a total of 15 hours of drawing (2 days) in a minute. i was free so i had all the time in the world to draw this so don’t worry too much

for the doddles i always go with the most simple compositions where i quickly sketch out the pose and then fill it with colour. that way it’s much faster then any work i would put time into to hash out the details. i only had to google the reference for lumine&aether and for the cats, since it makes work much less stressful

amd THANK YOU

#also i’ve gotten very lazy with finished pieces so i always get bored at the 2 hour mark for those #but let’s say 5 hours for me is a finished done work #compared to that doddles can take from 15 to 30 min #i prefer not to linger too long on them #but yes i’ve alwyas been very fast to draw

When the interviewer asked when we should expect s5 to be coming out, that’s when Shawn mentioned that a little bit of an answer to that might be out there soon.

He actually mentions that this answer could be out by the time the video for this interview comes out, and since this interview was filmed mid-May and it’s now mid-June, I’m assuming we could be getting something soon or within the next couple months, potentially about a release date aka possibly a small teaser with 2025 stamped at the end…

to each their own of course i say this all lightheartedly but when ppl write eddie as like a mega famous award winning musician it just doesn’t ring true to me because like. to be THAT famous and mainstream enough to win grammys or whatever you have to campaign to award voters and you have to be media trained and you have to be willing to comply with good PR practices for the most part and i’m sorry but eddie is not doing that

I sort of feel like once walkthrough websites made the transition to being wikis they all went downhill. like they got rid of all their information that's actually clear and concise and easy to find, and now everything links to incomplete wiki articles and it's a struggle to find proper specific guides. maybe I'm just having a very specific experience with zelda

#random stuff #zelda walkthrough websites used to be actual walkthroughs and didn't make you go on a goose chase to find detailed info #look I should be able to look up a minish cap walkthrough and have a list of all possible kinstone fusions available to me #considering it's required for 100%#but is it there? I had to use google get something remotely close to what I wanted because my preferred site didn't have it #like every zelda walkthrough site should have a section listed as 'upgrades' that tells you exactly where to find upgrades!#it actually was missing some massive upgrades because they neglected to include information on things that weren't physical items #half the time you look up an item list and it'll take you to a wiki page that's like 'this is an item that exists'#and you have to click on its own article like #'bow and arrow' takes you to a page for just. bows. bows in every game #and you have to scroll down in order to find the game that you want #and then it just goes 'you are able to get this item at some point'#you'd think that after like 15 years walkthrough sites would have the time to become more and more detailed #and some of them have they've just become 100 times more disorganized
