#i spent like 2 years trying to find a way out of the friend group i was in#nothing did anything to me specifically i just didnt like how everything changed and how people left and were divided#it just wasnt the same#but now that its been a few months and I finally got out#due to my own reasons and personal life issues#i keep thinking about going back just because its REALLY silent in my day to day life#and since my personal life is in shambles rn my therapist suggested focusing on things I enjoy and people I like#and friends are awesome for that#but I dont know how to find a new group to be in#preferably one that shares my hyperspecific interests of Sonic this time#like one on one friendships make me uncomfortable I just want a group I can chat with and pop in and out of#just someplace I can go when I want to talk to people#but its hard#it feels nigh impossible to find new friends
