Lohia Corp IPO Risks:
Industry Headwinds:
The global technical textiles market, while promising, is also characterized by intense competition from both domestic and international players. This competition could put pressure on Lohia Corp.’s margins and market share.
Fluctuations in raw material prices, particularly for polypropylene and polyethylene, could impact production costs and profitability.
Dependence on exports makes Lohia Corp. vulnerable to currency fluctuations, potentially affecting revenue and profit margins.
Company-Specific Challenges:
Execution Risk: Despite a clear growth strategy, successful execution of expansion plans and R&D investments will be crucial for maximizing the impact of the IPO funds. Delays or setbacks in implementation could negatively affect investor confidence.
Debt burden: While Lohia Corp.’s current debt levels are manageable, the IPO might involve raising additional debt. Investors should carefully assess the potential impact of increased debt on the company’s financial health and future flexibility.
Limited track record as a public company: As Lohia Corp. is a new entrant to the public market, investors may perceive higher uncertainty regarding its future performance compared to established publicly traded companies.
Financial Health Analysis:
Lohia Corp. boasts strong financial performance with consistent revenue growth, healthy profitability, and moderate debt levels. This suggests a robust financial foundation.

The PP woven bags are popular in the packaging industry because of their flexible usage, attractive design, strength. It is commonly used by different industries for packaging grains, flours, cement, fertilizers, seeds, fruits and nuts, etc. This has replaced some of the popular packaging material of past like jute because of its high production cost, chemical and moisture non-resistance.
The packaging industry is growing with a fast pace and in coming years, it is estimated to reach a new height in the coming years. Talking about India only, then present FIBC of India is 125,000 MT every year, and in the coming year, its demand is expected to rise manifolds. Additionally, polypropylene woven bags manufacturers are quality constructing these bags to provide economical and strong packaging bags for usage.
Lamination In Polypropylene Bags
The PP bags are resistant to water and chemicals. Therefore, it is willing to protect the quality of goods inside. The laminated bags are those that have a lamination inside and outside the bag. This lamination gives extra protection to good, add strength and at the same time make printing on bag easier.
These bags are good for packing materials like sugar, food grains, cement, animal feeds, fertilizers, etc.

Adding gusset in bags makes it stand vertically without support. This is a simple feature, but assist people engaged in packaging of bags.
These bags are perfect for packing powdered stuff such as flour, granules. Use of these bags is prevalent in agriculture product storage, animal feed storage, etc. Whether it is kept vertical, on racking, pile, on the floor or pallets. It very much remains in its position without the fear of falling. The printing is possible in gusset bags as well.
·        Transparent Polypropylene Bags - The woven polypropylene sacks and bags with a transparent window is commonly used to pack grain. This gives buyers the flexibility to peep in packaging and check the product quality.

PP Melt Blown Fabric: Process Description and Why its Demand is Increasing in India
The melt blown process is a non-woven manufacturing system that involves the direct conversion of a polymer into continuous filaments. Development in this field of technology in the industrial area started around 1945. It is used to fabricate a type of textile known as non-woven fabric made from polypropylene (PP). Thus the name ‘PP melt blown fabric’.
Tumblr media
Usage of polypropylene increased because of its good air permeability, zero chemicals, and thermal bondage. It also possesses excellent bidirectional machine direction/cross direction tensile strength and tear properties.
The non-woven fabrics are mechanically, thermally, or chemically bound together with material created from separate fibres of molten polymers forming a web-like fabric.
  Melt Blown Process Description
A typical melt-blown process consists of the following elements:
1.       Extruder: An extruder is a machine that extrudes metal, plastic or clay through a die. It is used in the process of the creation of objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile.
Metering pump: A metering pump is used to add tiny but accurate volumes of a liquid to other fluid streams or vessels.
Die Assembly: Die Assembly is used to join the medium to assemble multiple small components up to 6 inches (150 mm) in diameter.
Web Formation: Non-woven fabric manufacturing starts with the arrangement of fibres in a sheet or web. The fibres can be stapled fibres or filaments extruded from molten polymer granules
Winding: The melt-blown web is usually wound onto a cardboard core and processed further according to the end-to-end requirement.
Bonding: Bonding is usually used to increase web strength and abrasion resistance. As the bonding level increases, the web becomes stiffer and less cloth-like.
Tumblr media
  7.       Finishing: Most non-woven fabrics are considered finished when rolled up, but many receive chemical and physical treatment.
Factors affecting the increase in demand for melt blown non-woven fabrics in India:
1.    Surging demand for fine fibres:
The melt blown non-woven fabric industry is bifurcated into dual texture and fine fibres. The increase in the filtration industry, along with the surging demand for masks, drive material consumption.
2.    COVID-19 and the need for facial masks:
The malignant coronavirus pandemic has driven the need to protect people from this infection, thereby urging the need to wear masks and PPE kits when in public. The most crucial reason to use melt blown PP Nonwoven Fabric for masks is that it is gentle on human skin and comes with low breathing resistance for improved comfort even when worn for a longer period. It comes with excellent insulation and a filtration system.
3.    Intense usage of non-woven materials:
The industry has been using more polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, etc., as an alternative for low-quality fabrics in terms of material.
  4.    India- an evolving manufacturing hub:
India has risen to prominence as a significant source of revenue. Due to an increase in demand for facial masks, this region is becoming a substantial manufacturing base for melt blown non-woven fabric.
5.    Consistent focus on product innovation:
Many top market players in the global melt blown PP non-woven Fabric
industries are actively attempting to improve their market share through constant product innovation and improved product quality. To extend their product offering, melt blown non-woven fabric manufacturers are forming a strategic alliance.
Park Non Woven is one of the leading manufacturers of non-woven fabric in India, producing non-woven and polymer products. Their high-quality mask line protects you from exposure to germs found in droplets in the air and are very comfortable and skin-friendly. To learn more about their other product line, click here.

Tulip fabrics private limited is one of the best PP Spunbond non woven fabrics manufacturers in India. Spunbonding is an one step manufacturing process from the polymer stage to the finished non woven products. The major steps include web formation, web bonding and winding into rolls.
We at Tulip Fabrics Private Limited is also one of the leading manufacturers of PP Spunbond fabrics. Polypropylene fabric is a thermoplastic polymer which is manufactured to non woven fabric. These fabrics have main applications in non woven bags, interlining, masks, filters etc. During the manufacture of the non woven fabrics from the polypropylene granules, the residues are again converted to polypropylene granules. Spunbond and meltblown are the most common methods to produce non-woven fabrics. Extruder machine starts melting when PP granules arrive. This machine has 8 heating zones. In spunbonding process, fabrics are built directly from thermoplastic polymer such as polypropylene, polyester or polyethylene. The molten polymer is extruded through a spinneret, cooled slightly and laid on a moving conveyor belt to form a web. The fibre bonds as this web cools down.
