I'm so ashamed & disgusted with my body because of society's definition of beauty & whenever I meet a guy he always wants to see my body first to see if it's good enough for him. I am a feminist because I can't stand girls posting nudes to impress guys. I am a feminist because the 4 women in my family are incredible independent women even though they are married & fail to realize everything their husbands dont bring into the equations besides pain & their opinions. I am a feminist because those 4 husbands all found a way to abuse me. I am a feminist because I believe there is too much pressure on girls instead of boys. I am a feminist because boys from childhood felt it was their calling to make the girls including me feel like an ugly worthless girl. I am a feminist because I wont stand to be told im dressing to conservative or too slutty. I wont stand to be told I cant do something because im a girl. I wont stand for stereo types like "hit like a girl" I wont stand for being told im wearing to much makeup or not enough. I wont stand to be told I need to change myself to be what society thinks is beautiful to be loved. I wont stand for all the pain men have caused woman because we are woman. I wont stand to be told a woman is nothing without a man. I wont stand for it. I wont stand for all of it.
