I #trainedhardtoday at #FitStarMünchenSendling and here is my review: Multiple #lifefitnessequipment and #hammerstrenth machines, plus a #synergy360 station, several #powerplatepro6plus machines and lots of #cardiomachines for all. I didn't have to wait for any #freeweights or cables. Also included is #lesmillsgroupfitness classes every day of the week. Gym membership is $20 euros per month. For an extra 8 euros you can have unlimited #nespressocoffee and #powerbarenergydrinks I was given a #14daytrial free of charge. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
