Reposted from @powadoggsbc 2 weeks tomorrow I had my fall that completely ruptured my quad tendon. This was seriously one of the most painful fucking falls, and the last fortnight has been pretty wank tbf. Tomorrow I go in for surgery to reattach the tear, then every day from that point is towards my recovery. Today, armed with my crutches I hobbled my way out to my back yard gym to try and get a bit of blood flowing into the upper body. The workouts took AGES and can literally only just about stand for a set but... we got it done! Now to get back to my bed and fingers crossed 🤞🏽 get some bloody sleep tonight for tomorrow’s surgery!
