not to toot my own horn but this ‘spicy’ potato soup i just made fucking slaps my ass clean off. entirely made to my own tastes 👌
#possibly unpopular opinion but i dont like thick or creamy potato soup. slotted soup half out and mash and put it back in so its cloudy#no milk or cream…add sour cream to your personal bowl….some rehydrated ancho chilis and fresh jalapeño#caramelized onions and rehydrated wild mushrooms…….i think it turned out really good!!#food m
