I've always thought about the idea that Stirling remembers a different Emilia than the one that we personally meet in-game, how he mentions that they did everything together.

Either this is Stirling exaggerating or in-game Emilia's backup was made before they really got to know eachother. It's heartbreaking to see and hear the person you used to be friends (or family) with suddenly forget who you are.

Anyways I hope you guys enjoy this little comic I slapped together to express an idea I had since I first played through the finale <3
