CANCELLED: Buttered Popcorn Oreo 🍿 Originally leaked earlier this year when photos of bags started appearing online, we thought it was safe to assume they would be headed to stores at some point this summer. I can now officially say though that this release has been cancelled. Unless you Google and scour the internet for “Oreo” on the reg, in which case you might find one of these pre-production sample bags for sale on eBay like I did! Not neo... but I upset myself over popcorn

So I went to make myself a bag of popcorn as a reward to myself for my long day. So I popped it in the microwave for my usual 2 minutes and 32 seconds and waited. Once it finished I opened up the microwave and opened the bag. Smoke alarm went off within seconds and big puffs of smoke came out of the bag. The fucking thing was ON FIRE. Turns out it was one of those small bags that only needs about a minute, not the big bags that need longer time... so yeah. Threw that thing into the sink, told my neighbours I was sorry and they didn't need to call the fire department, and am still trying to get the smell of burning popcorn out of the kitchen. 

CRYING.
