Yes, I have a Super King sized bed, yes we can all fit in it however not during bedtime so daddy is on the sofa tonight and yes ever the cat is in our bed with the girls tonight. 😩

I’ve got a chesty cough which I thought was asthma/hayfever/spring ganging up on me but apparently it’s a cold and the hayfever we thought the girls had, yep thats right turned into a full blown cough, cold, runny / stuffy nose and irritation. So here we are in the once massive bed that now needs a single bed and a box spring bolted to the side of it to become the “Super Kingdom Wall Bed” so that we can just have one big wall of bed. And YES the twins ARE getting their own rooms because this… just really is not working anymore… they’re too big now 😂

This would be a perfect night to use my new headband headphones but without my husband here in the bed to keep an ear out it’s just going to have to wait another night. So heres to all parents out there going through the dreaded spring time colds with several snoring and stuffy littles (including cats that snore) keeping us mums and dads awake. In my case though just mum 🤦🏻‍♀️ so that’s 8-9 hours until morning then? 😨

Getting stuck on the floor most mornings due to a combination of a poorly back and the girls sitting on me after they’ve been changed 🙈

Cassie loves cuddles in the mornings but especially today, both the girls were up at all hours due to stuffy and snotty noses the poor things. But Nanny and Grandad to the rescue with Piriton and Calpol for these poorly ladies. Hoping it’s just allergies of some sort and that the piriton works for them 🤞🏻

My poor girls aren’t feeling very well today, they’re going through a bad bout of teething. We found a new tooth this morning when Willow woke up, and more are definitely coming through.

My poorly boys, it’s been a very long day with a 5.30am get up and lots of crying, tantrums and generally feeling sorry for themselves. Can’t wait to get in bed myself now I’m shattered.
