This is how NOT to inquire about customs. When emailing about customs, please have some type of idea of what you want done and be somewhat specific so that I can have an idea of how to assist you. Just sending emails saying "Hey what's up", "what's up bro", "Hi", or anything else with no details will only get you a spot in the trash bin. These are things you say when greeting family and friends on the street, not when trying to inquire about a product or service.
