Ok but I actually started writing a sequel for A Door Unopened, A Raft Set Sail and like...

I love how messy the Destiny Trio dynamics are in KH1

Like they all care about each other. That much is obvious. But Riku is a Mess of insecurity. Kairi is Uncomfortable and doesn't want things to change. Sora is just plain confused.

This all comes to a head canonically with Riku opening the door and all that follows but since in my fic that didn't happen I'm getting to write the trio having adventures while there's still all that tension. Riku's a ticking time bomb and at some point he's gonna explode. I just haven't decided how messy it's gonna be...
