Concept Idea behind the artwork: The title of the album cover is Concerning Cindi and Her Sister and the Skull of Night Thrashing. The illustration depicts Cindi Mayweather and her five sisters. The artwork pays a homage to the work of William Klein and has the graphic sensibility of his film Who Are You, Polly Maggo? .

Other Relevant  and interesting info :This album is follow up of her last two albums that are part of her Metropolis concept series Loosely inspired by the 1927 film Metropolis, the album series involves a fictional tales of Cindi Mayweather, a messianic android that was sent back in time to free the citizens of Metropolis from the Great Dividewho are a secret society that uses time travel to suppress freedom and love.

Personal reflection of the Artwork: To me, what l like about the album artwork is how funky and fresh it is with with afro futuristic undertones. I also love the storyline of the concept is represented in the oil painting. It shows how that the portrait painted before Cindi was a cyber soul superstar- as shown that she is only worth 1.9 billion metros at the time and while her famous sisters were not yet Q.U.E.E.Ns and still rated E9s. There are still many "historical" references that is made in the album art from the world of Metropolis itself and I find that so entertaining and yet really interesting
