I recently created a poll on my stories to ask whether my audience would feel ‘lonely’ or ‘freedom’ in the situation described below.

It was so interesting to see that the poll results showed 100% of those that took part would see this situation as ‘lonely’.

Reflecting on it, I realise, that even though I love the deep solitude of silent retreats, I know, I also love the expansion I feel in my heart and mind when I engage with conscious company.

There’s no right or wrong answer. It’s more about having awareness of what we need in any given moment and honouring that through our choices.
