If your stressed about the politics in this country, stop focusing on them and following politics and its "news". Period. Focus on what matters, those around you that G.A.F. about you. How bout that? Can we do that? And not pay any attention to those that dont deserve it! How about that approach? If you want to drain yourself by focusing on things that you really can have little impact on, fine, go for it. But its not helping you, or those around you, that you say you G.A.F about. Period. Stop giving them the energy they don't deserve - OBVI they do not G.A.F about you or anyone but themselves. Wash DC is filled with FILTH on BOTH sides of the isle. Keep it real.
