I am DONE with #Poketober! Day 30 is Champion, Day 31 is Journey. I definitely screwed up the colors on the trophy, whoops!!

I thought it’d be more interesting if she didn’t become the champion this time--so she has room to grow, maybe next year!

Day 19 of #poketober is Surf! I couldn't figure out how to surf on a Poliwhirl, so a rental Lapras seemed appropriate! (And a NEW UNLIKELY FRIENDSHIP! saving someone from Team Rocket does a lot to endear you. Too bad Abby and Princess don’t like water. You wouldn’t either if your hair took that long to do)

Day 17 is VILLAINS! Team Rocket is probably the most iconic bad guy team in pop culture. My friend, Galen, is cameoing here with her favorite Pokemon, Typhlosion! I think it’s cool to have the villain have the fully evolved form of Kira’s starter. It’s like, “I’m you BUT STRONGER”.

GIVE IT UP FOR DAY 15 I always wondered what happened to Pokemon whose trainers couldn't take care of them anymore. What if you could also adopt homeless Pokemon from a daycare? That's what I decided to do for today's theme! Meet Mary the Mareep!

Day 2 of #poketober! Time for a starter Pokemon! Cyndaquil was always a favorite of mine as a kid, and was the starter I used most often in gen2. Gotta figure out a good nickname for this lil guy!
