week 3: let's get this bread! (famous last words...)

Omg I can't believe it's only week 3, sm has happened, I swear more time has gone by than actually has 😅😮‍💨🙃 Starting this week feeling a little discouraged because I still have a backlog of schoolwork to catch up on, but let's see if I can get my hopes up again by the end of this week! 🙏🏻🤞🏻If I want to achieve my goals, I need to drastically reduce my screen time. Here's to only using my phone for essential communications and for music, guided meditations, and pilates/yoga videos this week! 😤

mid-week update: this week has been a f*cking mess. mentally, emotionally, physically, existentially. i have not touched the db course so far which was my main goal for this week...every week i'm trying to add something new. i had my reservations about keeping on my original plan for this week, knowing i ended the last one still behind on school, but i went ahead with it, wondering, hoping if it was at all possible. well. we'll see where i'm at by the end of this week. at the very least i'll be closer to caught up.

end-of-week update: posting this early so i don't have to on sunday. i'm making progress but it's still slower than expected. insomnia is a problem. my nerves feel pretty frayed. must find ways to decrease the stimulation. time to reinstate the no-phone mornings (probs should add to my “bingo”) and a social media detox... not sure if i'll have time to post again next week. i find it hard to keep up. i'll probably come back if/when i get things under control...so bye for now (and i sincerely hope your semester is going better than mine 💗) 👋🏻

La CO2 provoca l’acidificazione dei mari!! E giù a imbrattare statue e quadri per salvare gli oceani! Ma questi giovincelli hanno una vaga idea di ciò di cui parlano? Di cos’è l’acidificazione e cosa fa la CO2?

C’è circa 50 volte più CO2 in mare che nell’atmosfera, anche di più nei primi 100 metri di profondità. Noi dobbiamo essere grati per tutta quella CO2 perché è tutta quella CO2 che evita che il mare sia sostanzialmente un detergente per scarichi.

L’oceano è essenzialmente una soluzione di idrossido di sodio ed è estremamente alcalino, quasi soda caustica con un PH che, senza CO2, sarebbe circa 11,3 (invece dell'attuale PH 8)

Senza la CO2 gli oceani non conterrebbero alcuna forma di vita. Ma se questi imbrattatori studiassero un po’ di più di scienze non sarebbe meglio per tutti? Risparmierebbero anche sulla vernice.

Del resto...

forse molti hanno dimenticato che la nostra vita è fondata sulla chimica del carbonio. Quando qualcuno demonizza le cose più naturali c’è proprio da preoccuparsi.

La densità della CO2 è 1,98 Kg/m3 Un corpo a riposo ne emette 0,3 m3 ogni giono Ora moltiplichiamo 1,98*0,3*365(giorni anno)*8 miliardi (persone) = 1.734.480.000 Ton. di CO2 l’anno.

Cioè il 63% della CO2 prodotta dalla UE nel 2021 dai combustibili fossili.

Detto questo sarebbe obbligo che Greta e i suoi compagni, d'ora in poi, si tappassero la bocca... ...per evitare di contribuire non poco, al cambiamento climatico, naturalmente!

Hola! mi nombre es María Fernanda Pérez Valdez de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, curso cuarto semestre y les vengo a compartir información sobre la situación actual de Nuevo León y su calidad de aire.

La ciudad de Monterrey es una de las ciudades más afectadas por la contaminación en América Latina, pues las partículas PM10 (partículas sólidas o liquidas de polvo, cenizas, cemento, etc.) que se presentan en el aire de nuestra ciudad rebasan los límites establecidos por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) (no más de 10 microgramos/metro cúbico (10 ųg/m3) de partículas PM 2.5) (OMS, 2021); teniendo Nuevo León hasta 25 microgramos/metro cúbico (25 ųg/m3) de partículas PM 2.5; cantidades reportadas por el Sistema Integral de Monitoreo Ambiental (SIMA).

Algunos de los factores que provocan esta condición son las pedreras, los vehículos y las fábricas, por esto, el gobierno se ha inclinado a prohibir el tránsito de vehículos, mientras que a la industria se le otorgaron facilidades para el abono del impuesto verde, para que así se puedan reducir los índices de contaminación en la entidad.

Deberíamos estar mas conscientes sobre la situación ya que la mala calidad del aire podría traernos múltiples enfermedades, en años futuros y ahora en el presente, afectar nuestra salud en general, así como puede afectar a la flora y fauna de nuestra región, es importante que dejemos de apoyar/ usar productos de las causas de esta problemática y empecemos a tomar acción como voluntariados ambientales como la reforestación para así mejorar poco a poco la calidad de aire en nuestra localidad.

Hablando de la BOMBA ATOMICA en cuyo desarrollo intervino OPPENHEIMER (=ultimo papel de Kenneth BRANAGH que estrenara por la SEMANA SANTA la pelicula REY DE REYES sobre JESUCRISTO version CHARLES DICKENS y del que me he encontrado hoy un DVD "SPEAK UP" o para aprender ingles con KENNETH en portada).. Al parecer para su desarrollo se utilizo el metodo estadistico de MONTECARLO que me recuerda que se lo enseñe en junio 98 al Sobrino de FLORENTINO PEREZ o Eduardo SACRISTAN PEREZ el dia antes del EXAMEN de ECONOMIA DE LA EMPRESA (de 4to de los 5 cursos de EMPRESARIALES y ultima asignatura que nos quedaba a los dos y cuyo libro me dejo OSCAR DE LAS HERAS LICERAS al que IKER CASILLAS le regalo su camiseta con la que gano el MUNDIAL y el cual tuvo un grave accidente en DESPEÑAPERROS o frontera NATURAL con ANDALUCIA conduciendo el BMW M3 de ella que salio mal parada y con la que se caso yendo a la despedida de Soltero que acabo en el Puti-club FLOWERS y a la Boda en BOADILLA.. entonces en nuestra clase iba el hijo del dueño de las TIENDAS MADRID ROCK y SEVILLA ROCK que acabaron cerrando por las descargas digitales).. y Eduardo que apenas se la habia preparado porque el dia anterior tuvo el Examen de ESTADISTICA de 3ero en ULTIMA CONVOCATORIA tuvo la SUERTE que en su grupo le cayo el METODO DE MONTECARLO y APROBO.. y yo suspendi al no tocar en mi grupo por lo que me quede sin VACACIONES con Mis AMIGOS para preparar el examen de SEPTIEMBRE lo que hizo posible que al estar con mis padres en los apartamentos de CALPE pude llevar a mi padre de MADRUGADA al HOSPITAL MARINA ALTA de DENIA dandole el INFARTO justo al llegar a URGENCIAS.. ademas lo encontre directo y sin GPS.. recuerdo que tras dejarle en el HOSPITAL con mi madre volvi a CALPE a avisar a mi hermano que estaba de FIESTA y fui escuchando la BSO del GUARDAESPALDAS de WHITNEY HOUSTON con cuyo cd WHITNEY me fotografio mi padre en las manos cuando en el 88 vino a MADRID con su gira EL MOMENTO DE LA VERDAD.

Luego aprobe en Sep'98 la CARRERA de CC EMPRESARIALES (algo que me parecio una perdida de TIEMPO Y DINERO.. poco practico y muy teorico que te sirve de poco ni en la vida personal ni profesional.. nada vocacional al menos para mi) y lo celebre tirandome desde el puente que cruza un lago que hay en la Universidad Europea de Madrid.

Por cierto.. Eduardo SACRISTAN PEREZ que me llevo al mega puti-club Social BARAJAS que cerraron cuando FLORENTINO tomo la presidencia del REAL MADRID porque solo tenia LICENCIA DEPORTIVA y ademas de canchas tenia bar, restaurant, disco, habitaciones.. fue el unico que no compro un PARAGUAS por 1 DOLAR en el BARRIO CHINO de New YORK lloviendo a cantaros como en WASHINGTON Sq y apesar de que se llevo varios miles de dolares para ese viaje de FIN DE CARRERA.
