In the middle of this, I'm trying to get off sleeping pills. I has to wait til after I went to my aunts... then after the air bnb weekend, then after the election...

I really shouldn't be dependent on these things anymore. I only took them bc my arm was bad 3 years ago. They don't even help w sleep that much and make me feel weird and I don't need extra substsnces... and they make me need caffeine in the morning. And may make my sleep artificial when it doesn't need to be. I need to heal my sleep

But it does have withdrawal (even tho it's not supposed to) so emotions may go crazy over the next few days...

Getting off the pills and Novelember are my priorities for November and if I only do those things then-- yay. Rest otherwise. Great I'd I can get more. But you can only do so much. Esp when things already rough
