He becomes the certified difficult patient wrangler. How he defeats and knocks out Liu Qingge on a regular basis is a mystery but nobody questions it cause it‘s much better for everyone involved. He is a cultivator and a healer, and much better off in this AU than in canon with possibly an almost untroubled cultivation so his strength and qi tricks are nothing to sneeze at. Just cause he‘s not peak lord doesn’t mean he can‘t kick Liu Qingge into submission to treatment. (Also he is very creative in the usage of random objects s weapons or ways to administer medicine. He‘d definitely slip them into your tea or food while you‘re not looking.)

Also don‘t let the second sketch fool you, SJ is just as much of a workaholic if not worse than Mu Qingfang. Perhaps even rivaling SQH and YQY (who also get dragged to Qina Cao Peak by him on a regular basis ao they stop overworking themselves. It’s a monthly expected ritual at this point). MQF probably returns the bullying-into-taking-a-fucking break favor too.

the fact mariposa danced with carlos instead of catania still pisses me of TIL THIS DAY. it would’ve made so much for mariposa and catania to dance instead, even when you ignore the shipping aspect. like if u see it in a narrative standpoint, it would just make sense and it would tie it all together perfectly. at a previous scene, mariposa danced with catania when catania didn’t have the ability to fly. wouldn’t it have been poetic as hell to have them dance again when catania finally was able to fly too???
