Rotten to have been bitten by February and March so many times that even though I wrote a lot this week, I didn't trust my good feelings about it at all.

jjk a/b/o: 8467 (+19.5%)

I did almost all of the draft gapfilling this needs, which doesn't involve a ton of words, but does really help mentally smooth this out. Most of what this needs now is the ending, which will bring this all to a nasty conclusion.

Still writing pieces of this as they come to me, and in doing so clarified the whole thing for myself, albeit in a humours, meme-y fashion that does not suit the actual tone of it. Found family, but make it so the family was foisted on someone, and it doesn't really save anyone in the end.
