Teen me would be rolling her eyes so hard but working on reframing things from "ugh I have to do these chores" and shaming myself for not getting them done to "I deserve to live in a clean environment, I deserve to work on things for myself" truly does make it easier to get things done. I'm still very messy and behind on a lot of things, but I'm making improvements
