executive decision: i am going for a walk/run even though i don’t want to.
can i just not make a decision or am i just depressed in the way that nothing sounds rewarding and good but i have energy? stay tuned
#my half marathon training has pretty much fallen by the wayside but each week like Sisyphus I keep telling myself I’ll start it up again#so I’m starting again but like not taking it serious unless I want to#but at least this gets me out of the house#plus I like running/walking when it’s justtttt barely cold enough out#makes my lungs feel good and I can always breathe better then too
